Your First Visit
Your first visit is not only about our team getting to know you, but also about you getting to know our team. In the time we spend together, we encourage you to ask questions, express your concerns, and share with us anything you want us to know to help make your care as individual as you are.
Part of getting to know you and providing safe, personalized support involves reviewing your medical history. Certain medical conditions and medications can influence your treatment protocols – so you will be asked to write down a list of your medications and their dosages (including vitamins and supplements).
A full-mouth series of x-rays and a comprehensive oral exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw will be performed, including a non-invasive oral cancer screening. If you haven’t been to a dentist for a while, please don’t worry. You’ve made an important decision – no need to feel guilty!
Once your entire exam is complete, Drs. Ferando and Jordan will talk with you about their findings. Together you can create a healthy, effective treatment plan that best meets your dental and personal requirements. We can prioritize and stagger your treatments to give you a smile you deserve in a timeframe you can afford.
Finally, we want you to know we will go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and safe. Not only is your physical comfort important to us, but your emotional comfort as well. So, come in, recline, and unwind – you’re in great hands.
New Patient Forms
When you fill out new patient forms from our office, you’re not only helping us learn more about your oral health needs. You’re also expediting the check-in process, ensuring that you get seen by us sooner for your first visit! Our forms can be filled out when you arrive. Just make sure you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time if you do. Alternatively, you can easily download and print out the forms ahead of time and complete them at home!
Online Payments
Paying and processing your payments for care should be a simple prospect, not a convoluted and confusing one. For your convenience, you can begin paying for your dental services as a patient via our online portal if you’d prefer. Simply follow the link below and pay close attention to the instructions provided. We hope that you find this option to be simple and straightforward.
